My mission
I am on a mission to change the way people think about flowers. In today’s world, there are so many complexities, and we are facing inflation. I want to change people’s view that it is important to take it easy and enjoy life with flowers. I aimed to make it so that every person at my website can find that perfect bouquet of flowers at a cost that won’t break the bank.
My vision
To help people realize that sharing and having flowers is vital and is one of the key ingredients for being joyful and fulfilled with life.
My General Testimonial
My story began in the 70’s. I was a young child that grew up in the flower business. My parents and grandparents from my father’s side, were florists. I no doubt ended up with the same love for flowers as my family did.
My father inherited his first flower store from his parents. Later, my parents opened a second store in Palos Verdes, California. Their first flower store was in Los Angeles and was very monumental.
As the years passed, they sold the second store, because it was extremely difficult for us to manage a second store so far away from the first main store.
Later, my parents and I decided for me to go to college and pursue my second love affair, which is computers. Thus, in 1981, I went to DeVry, an institute school for technology in Phoenix, Arizona. After I did about 4 years of schooling, I received a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a minor in business. It was the best school at that time for computer information systems. At DeVry, I learned several programming languages, in which these programming languages are now outdated in today’s standards. Also, I learned accounting and other business-related courses. DeVry was an equivalent in my opinion to BYU or USC. And no, DeVry did not have a football team.
After graduating, I came back to California to live. My parents sold the Los Angeles flower shop, and they started looking north westward for florist store that hopefully, I could own for myself eventually. They managed to open a store in Thousand Oaks, but it didn’t turn out quite the way my parents had in mind. I became mentally sick and could not manage Thousand Oaks Florist on my own.
Fast forward to today. I managed my mental illness with daily medication, in which I can live life without too many difficulties. I opened a dummy floral store website. A dummy floral store website is a website store with text and photo placements to be used for an actual running store.
I had hoped to open a physical commercial store on the outskirts of Thousand Oaks. Unfortunately, reality has set in, and I see things in a different light. May I also inject that my mental health has immensely improved by taking my medication daily.
I have set up a website (this website) for testing purposes meaning that it is just an illustration and a lot of data. I will keep all this information stored in my home in case there is a chance that some hot young entrepreneur to be, would want to take my layout designs of this site and my expert advice to open a business of their very own.
I understand that the world is upside down and that we are facing high inflation. I had hoped to do my part by harmonizing with inflation by maintaining the lowest possible prices. I believe we are here on this planet to create as it is written in the holy scriptures. Thus, I am fortunate to have loved to create florals for you and your friends.
I am glad to share this bibliography with my readers. I want to inspire anyone to not give up. Like Judge Judy says, “If you didn’t make it in your 20s, then try again in your 30s. And if you didn’t make it in your 30s, try in your 40s. And if you didn’t make it in your 40s, try in your 50s, and so forth”.
I want to take this opportunity to share with anyone who would want to see my website. I feel confident knowing that I gave it my all to this site. Please go to abunchofflowers.org and see how much love and pride went into my site. I hope you can see how much I love website designs.
I have been highly blessed with the best family tree around. My heritage is a Spanish (Sephardic) Jew, but have been, born-again Christian. It brings me much joy to say that I am a Mormon by religion. Everyone who knows me, knows that I am just a pleasant man of G-d to be with.
I love, Father God and Jesus more than anything else. I dedicate this website to both Heavenly Father and Jesus. I testify that Jesus Christ lives, and Jesus is Heavenly Father’s only begotten son. I say this written prayer in the name of all mighty, loving Jesus the Christ.
Forever Amen.
